The Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) has announced it will be hosting several Steyr Academy courses this April at the Talladega Marksmanship Park. Steyr Academy, a division under their production wing, provides comprehensive firearm training led by Brian Marshall, a seasoned expert with 28 years in local and federal law enforcement and two decades as an instructor. In April, two Steyr courses will take place at Talladega, utilizing covered firing points at distances of 100, 200, 300, and 600 yards, employing CMP’s electronic target lines. Additionally, participants will engage in firing exercises on Talladega’s unknown distance range. A full list of available courses with their pricing is below, and more information can be found at the Steyr Arms website as well as the Talladega CMP website.
